  • All-Inclusive Pricing: The price you see for each product on our website is the final price you pay at checkout. All prices already include any applicable sales taxes, VAT, or GST. No additional tax charges will be added to your order.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout. We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders of $69.00 or more. For orders under $69.00, a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.99 will apply.

  • All payment transactions are processed securely through PayPal's platform. StetonHats does not directly store or process your credit card or bank account details on our servers. Your financial information is protected by PayPal's industry-standard encryption and security protocols.

Currency & Charges

  • Transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD). If you are paying from a country with a different currency, PayPal will handle the conversion, and your card issuer or bank may apply foreign transaction fees. Please check with your financial institution for details.

Order Confirmation & Payment Verification

  1. Upon completing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email from us. This email acknowledges that we have received your order request.
  2. Your order will be officially entered into our processing system only after your payment has been successfully authorized and captured by PayPal.

Refunds & Billing

  • All refunds, when applicable under our Returns and Refunds Policy, will be issued back to your original PayPal account used for the purchase.
  • The refund timeline is subject to PayPal's processing times and your financial institution, typically appearing within 5-10 business days after we initiate the refund.

Pre-Orders & Special Orders

  • For any pre-order or made-to-order items, payment will be collected in full at the time of purchase to secure your order.
