We hope you love your purchase! However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return, exchange, or refund. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, in its original condition, with all tags attached, and suitable for resale. This means no signs of wear, perfume, makeup, or alterations. Items that show signs of use, damage due to customer handling, or are not in resalable condition are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Exceptions (Our Responsibility) If the product arrives defective due to a manufacturing error, is damaged during shipping, or if you received the incorrect item, we will accept the return and provide a full refund or replacement, including any return shipping costs, regardless of the product's condition. Please contact us immediately.

3. Return Shipping Costs For standard returns or exchanges (change of mind, incorrect size, etc.), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not charge any additional restocking or handling fees.

4. Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original PayPal payment account. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution. You will receive a full refund for the item's purchase price as shown on our site. Please Note: The original shipping fee paid at checkout is non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (see Section 2).

Exchange Policy If you wish to exchange your hat for a different size or style, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will ship the replacement item to you free of charge. You are responsible for the shipping cost to return the original item to us. The item must be unworn and in original condition. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact Our Support Team Email us at support@stetonhats.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. Please indicate the reason for your request.

Step 2: Receive Instructions & Return Address Our customer service team will review your request. Please note: To ensure proper and timely processing of your return, you must ship the item to the following designated address only:

Step 3: Ship Your Return Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging if possible. You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your proof of postage, as we are not liable for items lost in transit back to us.

Order Cancellation This depends on your order's status. If your order has not yet been processed for shipping, you may request a cancellation by contacting support@stetonhats.com immediately. Please note: We cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped. If you no longer want the package after shipment, please wait for it to arrive and follow our standard return process. Do not refuse delivery, as undelivered packages may be destroyed by third-party logistics, and we will not be able to issue a refund.
