- Standard Shipping Fee: For orders under $69.00, a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.99 will be applied at checkout.

Processing & Delivery Timeline
We strive to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
- Order Processing (Handling Time): Once your order is confirmed and payment is verified, our team will prepare your items for shipment. The standard processing time is 3 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
- In-Transit Time (Shipping Time): After dispatch from our facility, the estimated delivery time via our Standard Shipping service is 10 to 20 business days to most international destinations.
- Total Estimated Delivery Window: Please allow for a total of 13 to 27 business days from the date of your order confirmation to receive your package.
Receiving Time = Handling Time + Shipping Time

Shipping Destinations & Tracking
- We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping restrictions may apply to certain regions.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey.
Order Changes, Address Accuracy & Lost Packages
- Order Changes/Cancellations: Please contact us immediately at support@stetonhats.com if you need to modify or cancel your order. We can only accommodate changes if the order has not yet entered the packing process.
- Address Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is complete and accurate. StetonHats is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional fees may apply for address corrections or package redirection.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking information indicates "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please first check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office. We are not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. For packages lost in transit (not marked as delivered), please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
